Resources
This page is a link to all of the different resources that I use or products that I love.
Wealthfront - I use Wealthfront as a place to keep my emergency fund. They have a high yield savings account that tracks the Fed Funds rate. I compare that rate to the rate at Capital One and move my money to the one that has the highest rate.
Investing
Fundrise - I use Fundrise to invest in a diversified portfolio of real estate projects. There is no need to be an accredited investor and the minimum investment (when I started) is $500. I have a monthly recurring investment to help compound my returns.
M1 Finance - This is my go to site for investing in the stock market. M1 allows you to purchase fractional share, auto-rebalances your portfolio, and best of all is commission-free. One of the main reasons I use M1 is they allow me to build my own "pie" of investments and they keep them balanced for me based on the percentage allocation that I set up.
Lending Club - Peer to peer lending site where you can lend a portion of an approved unsecured loan and share in the return. (No longer accepting new accounts as of 10/8/20)
Robinhood - I use Robinhood to invest in single stocks. They are commission-free and also offer fractional shares.

Money Management
Personal Capital - I use Personal Capital to track my net worth over time. It lets me see a quick snapshot of all of my accounts, from cash to investing to credit cards to loans to my other assets like my house and cars.

They allow you to have multiple savings accounts to be able to have different goals for each account.Wealthfront - I use Wealthfront as a place to keep my emergency fund.
